Project: Run a Usability Test on Commonlounge

Overview

In this project, you’ll be working with the Commonlounge team to help them run a Usability Test.

Challenge

In this project, you will run a Usability Test on one of your friends for the following User Flow: User comes to a Course page, Subscribes to the course, is prompted to sign up, returns to the course after sign up, reads the first lesson, marks it as completed and moves on to the next lesson. If you wish, you can pick an alternative user flow in some other app — make sure that the app is publicly accessible so that we can give you feedback.

Deliverables

Follow the process in Usability Testing tutorial and come up with a list of top 3 usability problems you saw, and an easy way to fix them.
