Overview

In this project, you’ll be helping the Commonlounge team price their Pro and Plus plans. You can find more information about them here: https://www.commonlounge.com/upgrade. This is what it looks like:

Challenge

Your challenge is to answer the following questions:

1. Is a subscription model suitable for Commonlounge? Or does it make more sense to allow
2. Is the Pro offering priced too low / just right / too high at $29 per month? What suggestions would you make to the team?
3. Is the Plus offering priced too low / just right / too high at $299 per month? What suggestions would you make to the team?
4. How can the team increase value of these offerings so that they can charge a higher price / increase conversion rates?
